An inadvertant accession of this web site was made to continue processing an existing FREE application to FAFSA. Within 24 hours of noticing the error - and after receiving confirmation of the acceptance of the FREE application the company was contacted to advise of theerror and request refund of charge.
Folks at this place do not listen to the caller - rather overtalk with a scripted message.. no other conversation is noted.
This is a scam - Use the FREE fafsa.ed.gove site. Save yourself $$ and a headache.
