I was charged USD $17.56 for a local phone call lasting less than one minute, made at Sea-Tac International Airport, on 7/2/16. I used a debit card, and while I expected to pay a reasonable fee, there was no information on the kiosk or made available to me that I would be charged such an outrageous amount. It was not an operator-assisted call. No reasonable person would use the kiosk if they were made aware of the charges in advance. I plan to inform as many people as I can to never use WIMACTEL INC.
