this is a scam lexactly like the first complaint saying they represent Liberty Mutual as debt collectors & want name ,phone #, ins policy #, etc they want a lot of personal info for which i gave none because it took 3 phone calls before anyone would tell me what type of company Thomas George is? Ask to speak to person who called (my mother who is 89 yrs old ) and they say he is busy or out of the office...scam ...phishing , stay clear of or report to better business bureau or insurance commisioner!
