If you are wondering if this company customer service has improved, the answer is no. I have been dealing with this company for only a week now and I feel like its been years already. they talk down on you, belittle you and talk to you like your a dog. I wrote the BBB on the company and even the response to the BBB complaint was horrible. When speaking on the phone with them I was told by two different managers that they do not have to speak to me and give customer service since I am not the actual customer. they responded to the BBB with the same response, stating "The petitioner is not a TGA customer al all references incorporating the words "customer service" are inapplicable. The petitioner was informed of TGA standard protocol and procedure very clearly as it pertains to promissory agreements. The petitioner apparently refuses to accept those parameters. Im not sure why or how they were hired by Liberty Mutual, however I do know Liberty Mutual did a horrible job with hiring such a company like this. Liberty Mutual this company is not just belittling me but your brand as well.
