Purchase a ticket for the Detroit Lions vs. Jacksonville Jaguars game at Ford Field for a total of $96.40 with all fees. Received email that my order was processed and awaiting an email for a confirmation on how to access my ticket by email. Never received that email. Emailed them a day ahead about it as well as spoke with a rep on the phone, who probably gave me the runaround, the day of the game. Never dealing with these P.O.S. clowns ever again. Total scam and ripoff!
