Company sent emai dated 11/23/16 saying product would be sent in 2-3 days. Still have not received them even after 5 calls. First 4 times I was told they were on their way. Only after I confronted them with the UPS email saying they never received product during 5th call was I told these were back ordered. Refused my request to speak with a manager, told they weren't allowed to speak with customers. Expensive reminder that I should have known better!!
