My package was expired so I called to reactivate it and they are asking me 500$ for high season and 384$ for low season. I asked a friend who bought the same exact package and at the same month and year from them to call amd ask how much reactivation fee is and they quoted her only 200$. So I don't understand why I was quoted 500$. I think there is something wrong here
