I bought an all inclusive package with Premier Cancun Vacations. My account was expired because I failed to travel within 18months from booking it. Now that I'm ready to use it I called their customer service so I can pay a reactivation fee and they are charging me 500$ for high season and 384 for low. I asked a friend who has the same package as mine and who also bought at the same time as me(account also expired) to call the same day to reactivate her account. She was only asked to pay 200$. I don't understand why I was asked to pay 500$(which is more than half of the price of the package) while my friend who has the same situation as mine and who called on the same day only 200$? What is the basis of the reactivation fee? Why is it that my friend who called the same day that I called was asked only 200$ while I was asked to pay 500$ when we have just the same situation?
