I received a phone call on Nov. 18 from a locL phone number claiming they were selling five star resort hotel packages plus a free cruise upon return from the hotel stay if I stayed on the phone for two hours saying no and the rep pressuring me to not hang up or I wouldn't save close to $2000 in travel costs for my family of four to stay at a five star hotel in Puerto Vallarta, MX and only have to pay from starters for $1000 USD but since our CAD dollar is lower right now I could pay first $800 then $599 if I gave them a visa to their second rep Tania Jackson. After I realized the high pressure sales tactics used and realized this company is a scam and saw the complaints of bad smelly hotel rooms I asked for a refund in writing and over the phone plus sent their cancellation request and still I have received no refund for a trip I will never use and would never have purchased if it weren't for the high pressure sales scam. I have even called about the credit card charge and the credit card company wouldn't reverse the charge :(((
