I didn't realize this wasn't the USPS Site. Entered my change of address info 2/7/17 then my cc info expecting to be charged the $1. Upon checking my account the next day (2/8/17) I found I was charged $49.99. Unable to contact them by telephone-received a busy tone-so I just sent an email. No reply yet.
