on 02/05/2017 I did a change of address and was charged $49.99. I sent them an email because I couldn't find a phone number. the replied to me and said that the funds would be retuned within 3-5 days and haven't received anything. it is complete crap and I want my money back. the site needs to be shut down if this has been a ongoing issue with people.
