I bought a Genie bra package of 3 at a local BJ's store last month for my mom, mom liked the bra after testing it out at the store restroom and I received 1 from her and liked it as well. It was priced at $29.99 for 3. I am petite and wear a small size but the one I have is a medium and a small one would fit better. But since this is not a demanded size, and 1 medium left at the store decided to order through the manufacture thinking I know the product and liked the product to pay for the horrendous shipping. Anyways, I receive the bras and was horrified of the poorly made thin bra that looked more like a bandage. I call the customer rep. telling her that this bra is NOt what I had ordered. I had expected the same one I already have but in a small size. Then the rep. tells me that I had not indicated in the order about the padded detail, which was Not an option. Geni bras come in one style!!!!! and that was what I wanted. I told her about the sticker "Padded" on the package and she tells me it must be a manufacture error and told me she would exchange it with the padded bra with a slit inside for the pad to fit. This company is Very Shady and is just out to SCAM people out of our hard earned $. I So regret ordering this through this Company. I have a feeling I am still going to receive a poorly made NOt the same Geni bra from the local store if they even do an exchange. I am So Furious!!!!! This MUST STOP!!!!!! Lesson learned NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from Geni bra Again!!!
