I originally joined the site for 7.96 dollars (5 pounds) for a month membership, even though they advertised it for free. I did not receive any emails from them, just a confirmation of my original payment. I then assumed that I was not active, only to fine out, to my horror that they debited this large amount for 6 months. I have emailed them and they have refused to credit this amount. I have asked them to cancel any outstanding subscription immediately and still have not received confirmation of this. Taking a closer look at the small print, I see that they have covered themselves but this is not going to stop me from going to consumer report and seeking legal action. This site needs to be closed down. I also see that people that have found a match battle to cancel their account. This is UNACCEPTABLE ....... We need to stand together and make sure no one else falls in this trap,. I am a single mum and whilst I can afford a 5 pound subscription, I certainly cannot afford this amount of money that is wasted and did not agree to it in the first place. This is a violation to human rights. I will do whatever I can and spend as many hours as I need to, to see that this company will get what they deserve and would appreciate any support to do this as I am only 1 feisty, angry single mother of 3.
