I found them when I was looking for AVG. I had trouble upgrading and I called AVG over the net. Guruaid came on and I thought it was AVG.
They convinced me to let them take over my computer to fix the problem.
After some time they assured me my computer was as new and they had removed the offending infections. It looked good and I paid them for a three year contract.
They were no sooner gone when I noticed my computer was back to square one.
I called them back the next day and they attempted to addres the problem again.
This went on for four more times. I spent about 10 hours of my own time on the phone with them for another four times.
They had changed nothing and I have given up calling them.
