debited my Santander account for £59.94 . I havn't used their services . However , I applied on line to santander for a personal loan which was declined .
After this I was contacted by a company offering to locate me a loan . I thought
that Santander had passed my name onto them . I believe this to be a possability when I contacted santander today they were less than helpful .
not sure how I am going to get my money back . However will probably close my account with Santander to prevent them from steling from me again !!!
