I went to LBS Tax Services they were do ammendum for tax for the past three years. I was told by someone who had done her taxes at that tax office. So I did my taxes for 2008, 2009, 2010. I mailed the Information to the IRS on 12/16/2011. On March 14th I got a letter from the IRS stating that my Taxes was done wrong. I ten called LBS tax service they told me to come in and they would redo my paper work. So on my day off March 20th I called LBS to ask them what time it would be best to come in. I was informed they know longer work on Addendums. I told I understand but they had done mind and it was not correct. So they told me what they were going to do is pay me $250.00 for my. I asked them why was I not going to get my money in full. She then replied that the owner was being nice and that he would give me $250.00. I said that was not going to work. I asked why was'nt the information correct in the first place. She told me that they were not trained correctly and that's why. I later called back to speak to a manager and was told that they would not take my calls. So now I am out of $675.00 dollars
