We are very sorry to hear that you were having problems with Binverse.
As mentioned several times during the sign up process as well as in the TOS (which have to be accepted by the customer) you have to cancel our service during the free trial period if you do not want your membership to be converted into a paid contract. Otherwise you will enter the full membership. If you wish to retract your membership or cancel our service, you can do so either by using the Online Support Form or by clicking on the cancel button in the member area.
Also, we would like to point out that it is our goal to make our website as trustful and reliable as possible. It is not our intention to give any false information to our customers regarding our service. If you have any concerns about Binverse or problems with signing up or cancelling, please feel free to send us an e-mail to [email protected]. We will do our best to solve any problem and incorporate your suggestions.
