I received a phone call on 6/08/2011 to purchase a vacation package for 5 people for 4days and 3 nights in each Orlando and Daytona. you can get a rental car for a week with unlimited mileage. Access to theme parks. I was told you have 15 days from the date you received your package in the mail to cancel no questions asked money would be returned no problem. I called to cancel this morning and was told it was to late to cancel and they offered to extend it out for 3 years. I went on the web site ETourandTravel.com yesterday and reread the specifics and learned it was 15 days from purchase. So that would make it 6/23/2011. I wrote a note from their website to cancel and they couldn't cancel and no one was answering from customer service. I called cuctomer service this morning as they were closed last night. I was told it was to late to cancel they said I actually bought it on the seventh not the eighth of June so the 15 days were up yestrday. I said the money was taken from my account on 6/08/2011. What a runaround scam. I told them my girls and their families couldn't go on this vacation. I am a 61 yr.old woman with COPD and a heart condition and I just wanted the money back. I was told no.
