This company had been robocalling me for months and I finally responded to the statement that they could get my interest rates down on my credit cards. After the high pressure sales tactics, I did everything that I was told to do. When I had to talk to the financial consultant, he said that there wasn't much he could do because I made such "large payments" on my credit cards. After many phone calls, I was told to fax my information in so that it could be reviewed for a possible refund. That was conveniently lost. Then I mailed my information via certified mail. It was reviewed in July and I was eligible for a full refund. The amount would be posted to my account within 30-60 days. There was no credit to my account within the 60 day time frame (September). When I called they didn't know why my account hadn't been credited. I was told that I would see the credit within 30 days. It is now November and there is still no credit to my account. The website is down and there is a recording on the phone stating technical difficulty. That recording has been on the phone since the end of October.
