I recieved a call in January regarding debt relief and how they could save me minimum of $2,500. I paid them and called them back a few hours later to see if they could refund my money. I was leary about this company and now I know why. They refused to refund my money just a few hours later and said if I disputed the charges their would be a lawsuit and that I was recorded. Not knowing what to do I thought I would give them a chance. I spoke to someone twice since then. And midsummer I have tried to call them and "Shalena" stated they were out of the office and someone would call me back. I could never get someone to call me back. Then I would get a busy signal for awhile now the phone number is disconnected. I have a complaint with the BBB. I tried to get the charges reversed but Sears MasterCard stated I only had 10 months to do so. Which, not sure about that either...Hopefully, someone will catch the guys. It looks like they have screwed alot of us....
