It all started with a phone call from a Michael Kennedy of WWV Media(World Wide Vacation Media) which he works with RCI(Resort Condominiums International) which he helps with the marketing aspects of advertising RCI clientele timeshare, his number (603)782-0045(now diconnected/busy tone), Toll Free(888)380-2950(always an automated voice saying "they arent taking calls right now,") Corporate#:(603)236-7662; right before my christmas leave 13-29th of December 2012, calling me constantly telling me I have to either rent out or buy my own weeks from my timeshare for "Orange Lakes Resort" in Las Vegas, which I was told I had 10 weeks and said if I bought it out at 300$ per week, he would advertise it at 1,500$ per week giving me a profit of 15,000$ and i also told him i wanted to sell my timeshare and not have to deal with it anymore, he then gave me quote at 1,800$ and because I was military, he said he would give me a discount at 500$, so i got another quote with the discount at 1,300$, so a total of 4,300$ i would have to pay with a deadline of January 8th 2013. I told him i couldn't afford the whole payment. With fear of going into debt, I went along with it and asked if i can pay in separate installments, so i used what was left of my deployment savings and paid 2,300$ which I authorized on December 13th, 2012 and the next payment, which he said another company is going charge my card for the rest of the payment "Five Star Accomodation" address:2235 S. Woodland Blvd. Suite 208 Deland, FL 32720, phone number:1(866)984-8444 which I authorized the payment on January 8th, 2013 with the help of my military pay/salary and a loan my parents took out for me, "Five Star Accomodation" debited my card on January 11th, 2013 and so called Michael Kennedy told me I would get my first payment in in 21 days and will have the rest within 90 days, its been 46 days now and no payment came in. Its like they got there money and stopped contact with me, is there anyone that can help get my money back or get rid of the timeshare without me putting more money into it?!
Please help, need resolution!
