this is a complete scam fortunately someone wrote on this site warning of it. this company misleads you into thinking they can lower your interest rates on your currently owned credit cards then zap you with a 998.00 fee claiming it will reflect on the interest saved. no they put the charge thru right away then send u directions on how to lower your interest rate...thank god for these sites because our government does nothing to protect us from these scams its a true travesty in this country.
