I am a mentally disabled person surving on my social security check. I tryed a "sample" of there product not realizing I had given them premission to take $100. per month from my account. I can not pay my reant and have pleaded my case with them for a full refund to no avail. Mine is a hardship case and they could care less if I end up homeless. Is this legal to take advantage of a disabled person. They are very rude and could care less. They will not respond to emails and customer service agents refuse to help me.
