I sent away for a free trial and charged $4.95 to my credit card for shipping. 20 days later there is a charge for $97.00 for a product I haven't even received! I would never pay $97.00 for face cream. When I called Rejuval skin they said there was a 20 minute hold and to go to their website to cancel. I did and the website states one can only cancel be phone. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
