I saw their ad on Facebook from the Dr. Oz Show. I decided to give it a try because it was a "risk free trial" and "just pay for shipping and handling." The shipping and handling was $3.99 (no big deal). I did receive an email from them about my receiving my shipping within 10 days. My credit card was then charged for $99.99 from SupraCleanse350. I cancelled my card and called my bank. I was referred to the fraud section of my bank and the lady explained to me that with many of diet companies, they tend to add these sorts of extra charges in agreement policy (the box that you have to check that you have read the policy and agree to their terms) and once you click that box, you are automatically enrolled in their program. Meaning they have now have your credit card information and can bill you at any time. I was advised to contact the provider and cancel my enrollment. I tried calling the number provided on their customer service, but the call can never get through. I emailed them with the email the website provided but never received an email back. I want my money back. I am still within the 14 days which they call it "cooling off period" and am still eligible to get my money back with the return of their product. I have a feeling it will be after the 14 days that I hear back from them (if I ever hear back from them).
