International boundaries
They have scammed me out of almost $500.00 for shipments I have never received, because I cancelled. I have been in touch with them 8 times. The poor victims on the phone take all the hardship for the company unethical practice. There is no way to get a hold of anyone that can do anything about returning your money. I have posted on Facebook Newsfeed not to order anything because they will just keep taking money out of your account.
