I fell victim to this scam! I so wish I had read all the details I have since found before clicking on the order button! I ordered the product at the end of June and received it around July 10th with no info at all about the product. I went away on vacation & when I returned 3 days ago I had received my visa bill and was shocked to discover the 91.93 charge ($122.40 CAD). I called the phone number on my bill twice trying to get this amount refunded only to be told I had gone by the 2 week deadline!! I let them know that I had never received an email confirming my order with all the information nor did I receive any of this info in my box when the items shipped! I spoke with 2 different people & was told I had passed the 2 week deadline for the trial & would therefore not be able to receive a credit. The 2nd person told me I could receive a small credit but I am very leery about that! Any help you could give with helping to receive a refund would be greatly appreciated!
