At the end of June I fell trap to the no risk trial for the Rejuva & Luma Essence. I received the product around July 10th with no receipt or specific instructions which I found strange. I left on vacation & returned a couple of days ago only to discover that my visa had been charged for 91.93 US + the exchange that equalled $122.40 Canadian. I called the phone number on my bill & tried in vain to speak with 2 different people to have my money refunded but to no avail. I was told I would receive an email with all the details but to date I have not received any (not even to confirm my original order) I told them this in my phone call & was told that I would receive all the emails that had been sent to me! I thought I had carefully read all the details but now realize that I have totally been scammed. I would appreciate any help you are able to give in order to have this amount refunded. I will be returning my order to them right away!
